1. Offer is valid at all Mandara Spa's outlets.
2. Offer is valid for all normal price spa services.
3. Offer is applicable for both existing and new customers.
4. Age requirements for spa services are 16 years and above. Below 16 years must be accompanied by parents.
5. Prior reservation is required. Booking is made via calling to respective outlet and subject to availability.
6. No minimum days prior required to book.
7. If the value of goods purchased falls short of the amount indicated, no cash refund will be given.
8. If the value of the goods purchased exceeds the amount indicated, balance must be made.
9. Voucher must be utilized within the validity period and is not valid for use after the expiry date.
10. Voucher is valid for multiple redemptions per user. Each voucher is for ONE-TIME use only.
11. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single receipt.
12. Voucher is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, loyalty programs, vouchers and/or discounts, unless stated herein.
13. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other vouchers under any circumstances and will not be replaced or refunded once expired. Voucher should not be sold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.
