1. Voucher is valid at all The Grass outlets.
2. Voucher must be utilized within the validity period and is not valid for the use after the expiry date.
3. Voucher is valid for multiple redemption per user. Each voucher is for ONE-TIME use only.
4. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single receipt.
5. Voucher is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, loyalty programs, vouchers and/or discounts unless stated herein.
6. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other vouchers under any circumstances and will not be replaced or refunded once expired. Voucher should not be sold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances.
7. If the value of the goods purchased falls short of the amount indicated, no cash refund will be given.
8. If the value of the goods purchased exceed of the amount indicated, balance must be made.
9. Screenshot or printed copy of vouchers will not be accepted.
10. Voucher may be subject to applicable tax, if any.
11. The Grass reserves the right to replace with similar product or product of equivalent value if the product becomes unavailable and/or change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
